Neil Gallagher-CEO

Neil, the founder of Sentaca has 17 years experience in the mobile & telco industry. Neil’s technical excellence of Messaging & Mobile Networks was recognised immediately in his first position with Aldiscon who in turn promoted him to the position of messaging consultant across Europe, Asia & the North America. Neil subsequently moved to the UK and on to more Senior Technical Roles in companies such as BT Cellnet & O2. Neil’s deep technical knowledge is well matched by his understanding of the mobile & telco industry which has enabled him to not only found but continue to grow a very successful & dynamic company. Sentaca is going into its 10th year of operation and now spans Ireland, the UK, Poland & North America.
Dave Signorelli-COO

Dave joined the founder at the inception of Sentaca in 2000 and since then has been core to the growth, evolution and operational management of Sentaca. Specialising in Mobile, Dave’s initial efforts saw Sentaca’s MMS / SMS Managed services division growing from strength to strength within UK operators such as O2. A recognised programme manager of multimillion pound complex programmes, Dave utilised these skills to develop Sentaca’s project management division and developed this business across the larger UK Mobile Operators. Dave has been responsible for the development and implementation of operational processes & procedures, contract negotiations, customer engagement & business development which has enabled Sentaca to grow rapidly. As Chief Operating Officer for Sentaca Group, Dave continues to influence & enable Sentaca’s strategy worldwide.
Phil Cheetham-Group CTO

Phil is a mobile solutions expert who has held senior technical positions in Europe and Asia Pacific for companies such as BT, Nokia and Telefonica O2. Phil has over 15 years experience of delivering mobile solutions & architectures for tier 1 operators and service providers such as Vodafone, O2, Optus, ATT, and Telus in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America.  Phil joined Sentaca in 2005 and has always been at the forefront of mobile technology innovation, developing and influencing mobile services, their supporting application infrastructures & their unique delivery.  Since joining Sentaca Phil has been instrumental in defining the group technology strategy, key deliveries, establishment of the solutions function along with the innovation and research centre for joint collaboration with customers.
Phil O’Neill-CCO

Phil joined Sentaca in February of 2007 to help build a Sentaca business in the Americas. Phil has been at the forefront of the emergence of wireless data technology since its introduction to the telecoms market in 1992. Phil held key technical and managerial positions with Aldiscon in Dublin before moving to America in late 1997. As Logica’s Vice President for Technical Operations in the Americas, Phil recovered a disenchanted customer base and failing business. In 2000, Phil became Executive Vice president/General Manager for Logica’s mobile product business in the Americas. From 2000 to 2003, Phil grew Logica’s product business in the US from revenues of $16M to revenues of $52M. Phil left Logica in 2003 and co-founded Anam Mobile. A startup business focused on addressing new opportunities in the SMS messaging market. Phil left Anam in late 2006 to join Sentaca.
